Line & Prep Cooks

These kitchen positions require basic cooking skills, an understanding of how to use a variety of food service equipment, ovens and grills, food processors and slicers, and possess knife skills. ServSafe Certification and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures is required. Responsibilities include hands-on experience, food prep, cooking, garnishing, arranging, and serving food. Maintaining clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware. Ability to work in a team environment and take direction well. Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge. Preparation of dishes as ordered, attention to detail, exceptional plating skills, high standards of execution consistently, and great communication skills between front and back of house. Bartender

Bartenders, or Mixologists, are required to mix and serve alcoholic beverages per our specialty craft cocktail menu or based on customer requests. Must possess strong communication skills, friendliness, the ability to work in a high pace environment and exhibit exceptional teamwork. Responsibilities include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving high quality alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils and balancing cash receipts to record sales. Server

Servers handle all guest needs in regards to food, beverage and overall experience. Accomplishes requests in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Exhibits excellent menu knowledge to advise customers and upsell menu items where possible. Ensure all tables, silverware, and glassware are placed neatly and dining area is tidy and clean at all times. Ability to work as a team to ensure all guests needs are met as well as communicate swiftly and clearly with kitchen/bar team. Responsibilities include excellent customer service, greet customers and present menus, make suggestions based on their preferences and dietary needs, take and serve food/drinks orders, up-sell when appropriate, arrange table settings, deliver checks and collect payments, keep tables bussed, clean, and tidy at all times. Host/Hostess

Host or Hostess ensure that our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. They create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone from the moment they enter our cafe. Ability to work as a team to ensure all guests needs are met as well as communicate swiftly and clearly with server/kitchen/bar team. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing menus, seating guests, maintaining seating chart, taking names for waitlist/reservations, monitors cafe activity to determine seating and dining flow, answering the phone and handling all to go, DoorDash and Uber Eats orders. Dishwasher

Dishwasher maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
