Our next Soulful Sunday event is just around the corner. We will be kicking off a jam packed day full of mindfulness, community, and good eats on October 15th.

Space is limited so go ahead and grab your spot now. We do ask that you bring your own yoga mat and if you have a bolster, you can bring that as well. No experience necessary. Intended for teens and adults (ages 12+).
