Our next Soulful Sunday event is just around the corner. We will be kicking off a jam packed day full of mindfulness, community, and good eats on November 25th.

Space is limited so go ahead and grab your spot now. We do ask that you bring your own yoga mat and if you have a bolster, you can bring that as well. No experience necessary. Intended for teens and adults (ages 12+).
We also invite you to stay for Community Market in the Courtyard from 11am-3pm. A mindful market filled with specially curated arts & goods from local small businesses. Join us for an afternoon of shopping, music, experiences, & delicious food, baked goods, & drinks available for purchase from Rooted. Bringing the Community Together!
